The members of the Patriots’ Committee for Respect to Freedom and Democracy, also known as the “Freedom Shield Committee” completed their first fact-finding mission in Warsaw during the 15th, 16th and 17th of July. With this visit and after numerous meetings with judges, prosecutors, lawyers, journalists, historians, conservative associations and affected individuals, they were able to gain deep insights on the continuous and grave violations of human rights and the rule of law committed by the Tusk Government.
The judiciary is under constant and unjustified attack by Minister of Justice, Adam Bodnar, and the Government of which he is part of. The Tusk administration has been sabotaging this power fostering legal uncertainty and carrying out a deliberate strategy to create institutional chaos to exert influence over the judicial system. The rulings of the Constitutional Court are being ignored at all levels which translates into a direct attack against the guarantors of the Polish people’s sacred fundamental rights and freedoms. The current Polish Government seeks to impose a vision in which the law emanates from power and not from values: Minister Bodnar refuses to acknowledge that national rules must prevail over any foreign interference such as the poisoned darts thrown from Berlaymont’s offices camouflaged in the form of bureaucratic non-sense which only seek to weaken our nations.
Patriots’ Freedom Shield Committee heard touching testimonies on how the Tusk administration has violently taken over not only the civil society but the public media and radio, targeting media outlets that challenge or oppose its ideas. Far from promoting the supposedly democratic values that the leftist forces self-bestow, the executive power in Poland now seems determined to unconstitutionally achieve total media control in the ways of that the dark communist regimes did in the past.
The election of President-elect Nawrocki has supposed an upper cut for Tusk’s administration which is still seeking ways to sabotage the inauguration ceremony set to take place on the 6th of August and hoping to avoid its own political K.O. This campaign to unconstitutionally challenge the presidential electoral procedure damages Poland’s image both nationally and internationally, putting the peaceful transition to the new presidency in serious risk.
Meanwhile, Brussels remains silent in permanent complicity with Tusk’s Government which is of course absolutely aligned with the globalists agendas engineered in Germany and which, in consequence, is considered to have immediately “restored” the rule of law in Poland. Double standards at their finest.
The truth is that the decadence imposed by the leftist policies of a coalition government led by the Civil Platform with a Prime Minister from the European Peoples Party is an undisputed reality. The Polish political, social and economic situation has deteriorated profoundly in this very short period.
An urgent change is needed.
