Madrid hosted Patriots’ “Europa Viva 25” conference under the slogan “The Reconquest Begins”.

The two-day event gathered members of Patriots to promote its values and defend national sovereignty, freedom, and prosperity.

Patriots Party president Santiago Abascal headlined the event, describing participants as being “on the right side of history,” representing “the voice of silenced, impoverished, and disregarded peoples.” Abascal said that millions of Europeans “want to recover the right to decide their own future,” as well as “restore security in their streets, prosperity in their work, quality in public services, and the freedom of women to walk safely”.

Abascal addressed issues such as mass immigration, which he said undermines Spain’s security and social cohesion. He urged Europeans to “reconquer lost spaces — democracy and freedom of expression,” declaring that “the Reconquest has already begun, and it will not be stopped”.

Patriots leaders joined the call for sovereignty and cooperation among conservative movements. Vice-president Kinga Gál emphasised that “patriots are growing stronger across Europe” and that “the future of Europe must be decided by its nations, not by Brussels’ bureaucrats.” France’s Fabrice Leggeri, echoed this message, highlighting the importance of “protecting Europe’s borders against illegal immigration”.

As the debate over Europe’s direction intensifies, EuropaViva25 has emerged as a powerful platform for those seeking to defend national sovereignty, Western values, and the future of a free Europe.
